Follow this proven sequence for the best results
Each step is clearly labeled at the station
Shampoo
Apply gentle dog shampoo thoroughly, working it into a rich lather. Focus on areas that get dirtiest first.
💡 Start from the neck and work your way down to prevent fleas from escaping upward
Rinse
Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all shampoo is removed. No suds should remain.
💡 Leftover shampoo can irritate your dog's skin
Conditioner
Apply conditioner to keep their coat soft and manageable. Work through their fur gently.
💡 Conditioner helps prevent matting and makes brushing easier
Rinse
Rinse out all conditioner completely. Run your hands through their coat to check.
💡 A final cool rinse can help seal the coat and add shine
Flea Wash
Apply flea treatment if needed. Let it sit for the recommended time before rinsing.

Final Rinse
One last thorough rinse to ensure all products are completely removed from their coat.
💡 Check ears and paws - easy spots to miss!
Blow Dry
Use our blow dryer on a comfortable setting. Start with their body, then legs and tail.
💡 Your pup should now be clean, fluffy, and happy!
Pro Tip: Don't rush! Most dogs need the full 10 minutes for a thorough clean.
Need more time? You can easily top up at the station.
